Experience

Product- & Service Designer

RiksTV/Strim, 2020 -

In this position, I shaped user-centered design processes across the organization, fostering collaboration, improving workflows, and supporting resource development. I collaborated closely with product leadership to align customer needs with business goals, ensuring user insights informed strategic decisions.

In addition to process improvements, I contributed directly to designing user-focused solutions, creating intuitive and cohesive experiences across digital products and services. As part of agile, cross-functional teams, I championed a problem-first approach to design, focusing on addressing real customer needs rather than predefined solutions. This user-centric mindset became a key element of the organization’s product development process.
