RiksTV and Strim have been pioneers in adopting agile methods, but the teams saw an opportunity to strengthen the connection to user impact. Goal-setting and prioritization processes were initially more top-down, and together we worked to incorporate user insights more directly into decision-making.
As part of this effort, I contributed my analytical skills and expertise in user behavior, collaborating with others to ensure user insights became a central part of shaping priorities and strategies, aligning organizational goals with both user and business value.
